Designed to invest predominantly in a diversified portfolio of UK Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), the VT Gravis UK Listed Property (PAIF) Fund will mark its 5th anniversary on 31st October 2024.
The Fund’s investments are set to benefit from four socio-economic mega trends: the ageing population, digitalisation, generation rent, and urbanisation.
Since launch, the Fund has returned 2.55%, outperforming the UK Real Estate Index which has fallen by 11.40%*. Over the five years, the Fund has also produced a reliable and growing income: the current trailing 12-month dividend yield is 4.61% and, since inception, the Fund has grown its dividend by 6.7% per annum, exceeding inflation, which has annualised at 5.5%**.
